Insatllation Instructions for TRAILER SPA

TOOLS NEEDED - (Drill and a pair of cutters or scissors)

STEP 1. Decide which side of the trailer you want the kit’s female garden hose attachment installed. This location should be just in front of the wheel fender and the side closest to your home's water spigot. With ¼" bit provided drill hole in the I-beam or box frame. Attach garden hose adaptor to ¼" tubing by inserting tubing in small end of hose adaptor (approximately¼"). Cut tubing at long enough length to pass through I-beam or box frame, plus approximately 1" extra tubing. Once you pass the tubing through the I-frame, attach ¼" T-fitting.

STEP 2. Drill ¼" hole aligned with CENTER of ALL hubs. For torsion axels, drill ¼" hole at the bottom of the verticle part of the I-beam. For spring axels, drill ¼" hole at the bottom of the horizontal part of the I-beam.

STEP 3. Attach tubing to the T-fitting in Step 1 & pull tubing to the first hole at first hub. Pull tight and cut tubing at that length. Attach T-fitting. Cut small piece of tubing (long enough to pass through I-beam or box frame and also long enough so when you attach the spray head the spray pattern will not be obstructed by the bottom of the I-beam). Attach small length of tubing to Tfitting. Attach tubing coming from the hose adaptor in Step 1 to the other side of T-fitting. Now that ALL ends of the T-fitting have
tubing attached, pass small piece of tubing through the ¼" hole aligned at center of hub and screw on the spray head.

STEP 4. Repeat Step 3 for as many axles your trailer may have. Complete tubing installation to back of trailer.

STEP 5. Now that one side of the trailer has been installed with tubing, you are ready to fasten the tubing to the trailer I beam.

With safety goggles on, drill
¼" hole (from underneath) every few feet down the length of the trailer. Using the zip ties provided, working from underneath the trailer, pass zip tie upward through the hole, over the tubing and back through the SAME hole. Pull the zip tie tight! (For box frame trailers simply zip tie to the frame with zip ties provided).

STEP 6. With the first side of installation completed and secured, run tubing across to the other side along the rear of the trailer, adding a T-fitting, a small piece of hose and spray head on the inside of the bunkers or rollers. Secure tubing to the support beam or axle with zip ties.

STEP 7. Going forward towards the front of the trailer, repeat Steps 3&4, installing tubing, T’s and spray heads where necessary.

STEP 8. Secure tubing as described in Step 5. (The loop will be complete as you install and attach tubing to T-fitting at the garden hose attachment).
